There was also a proposed war-config for the project 1018.

In the war-config the class received:

- a 32 cell Mk41 VLS
- 2 quad launcher for NSM (plug and play)
- an additional 56mm Mk3 (space for ammunition elevator was there right behind the flight deck control) (56 mm gun can be replaced with a NASAM launcher, some also can be placed on the flight deck if there is need for something extra)
- And if needed, towed sonar with equipment containers with it's own control center.
- additional illumination radar placed on a small mast aft. increasing phased illumination radar to 3!
- two RHIB replaced by protected RHIB
- minimum 1 of the helicopter will be armed with torpedo
- if needed there is space for on deck mounted 35mm Millennium gun, port and starboard.

Hospital class

The newest class of hospital ships in the Caledonia Navy, was a class of purpose build ships, build after a modified common design, the Hospital class. Build after commercial standards with some Military standards. The class was to become the standard design for all hospital and (troop) transport ships in Caledonia Navy. The class would share the responsibility with ASW-helicopter carries to visit Caledonia Islands as a local hospital. There would always be two ships in the class under shared UN/WHO and Caledonia command and sendt where they are most needed around the world. In some crisis situation, Caledonia have deployed multiple of them and even modified older conventional carriers as Hotel for these ships.

Characteristics:
- Medium hospital and hotel ship
- length: 109,11 meter
- 8 ship class
- Electric propulsion, powerplant: diesel/gas generators and batteries and shore power, for smooth power.
- 2 ships in the class is equipped with a larger powerplant for local electricity.
- Hanger and helicopter deck, with some aviation fuel available and some limited repair capability (have some helicopter parts in storage)
- Helicopter deck capable to land large helicopter.
- Fully equipped hospital
- Ship build to be able to work in "dangerous" environment
- Can for periode of time work in radioactive areas, and have equipment to deal with contamination
- ship crew of 26. + Aviation crew and hospital/hotel crew.
- Limited cargo capacity

I'm quite happy with this design, but now back to school work

Cool designs, as always. Really bad-ass coast guard vessel ;) But, I've to say that I'm not ok with an "old" version of 57mm bofors gun. While it seems to have curve down on back, I don't think it cannot be able to present it in SB-scale; I might be wrong, of course...
