labor (labour) is a worker, people that work, but if you go after the marxist political concept, labor (labour) is an instruments of labor.
I think you are referring to a crane.
Now for the ship it self. I am not going to comment to much, because there isn't much wrong with it, just some minor things, like:
- Using the old style for underwater coloring and shading (it's not wrong, but if you want to make it just a little better, then you can) (check the archive for ideas at
www.shipbucket.com)
- The propeller is an very old propeller and is almost banned, due to how bad it is! (check other ships in the archive for better propellers)
- You are using some old parts, there are newer and better parts in the shipbucket wikipedia page (
http://shipbucket.com/wiki/index.php/Main_Page)
- you have not enough lifte raft, what you have is looking like 15 man life rafts. Look at other ship in the archive.
- you lack mooring gears.
- I'm doubtful about the feasibility of the crane on the hangar roof and if the ship can handle that big crane up there. (Remember you are lifting several tons with that crane, and that will move the ship center of gravity, making it unstable and at risk of capsizing) Another thing is that I doubt a light weight structure, can handle the pressure from a crane.
- You can work a little more with shading.
- the bow sonar is from the old time, nowadays we try to be a bit more accurate with shapes.
A few example of how things can be done, if you want to spend that extra time:
