Not done much recently. I saw the Wesworld frigate and thought 'mmm pretty' so I drew myself up something that I guess looks like a longer version of it.

Armament for now is completely fictional although the 40mm turrets do just house normal Bofors L/70s... The 152mm guns are meant to be semi automatic but I've yet to work out a mechanism for them.

No radar and or other sensors yet but they will come.

In short this is just another something to try and sharpen my drawing skills to better myself from my earlier ships. The thing is pretty much drawn from scratch even though it looks like the international frigate There are a few parts sheet parts would be expected like the rubber and doors etc.

Regards, Mark.

Given the tech level they have in Wesworld, the 40/L70 mk 1 would be more appropriate that the mk3 mash up you have now.

Some ASW weaponry would be nice, and you'll need a bigger anchor. The 40mm/70 Mk1 isn't all that big, so you can get away with having two side-by-side amidship.
Your crane looks like something that came of a modern truck, not something youd find on a late 1940ties warship.

It seems incredibly under-loaded (alternately, the hull seems HUEG for what you're shipping). Damned near an Atlanta hull, to my eye (I'm not on my drawing computer).

The original hull is somewhat longer than a Capitani Romani and was designed to accomodate up to five turrets of up to two 152mm guns (not necessarily all at once).

I don't recognize you from Wesworld but if you want to be competitive you need at least three, if not four turrets (you have the room for them) and more AA - it's 1940/41 and ships are beginning to get decent numbers of AA guns, especially since during the Peruvian Civil War most of the Chilean/Atlantean aircraft kills were by AA boats.

Changes to armament fit.

Primary Battery: 6x 152mm/50 Semi-automatic guns in twin turrets (Elevation from -5 to +55 degrees)
Self Defence Weapons: 3x Single 40mm L/70 Bofors guns, 5x Twin 20mm Oerlikon automatic cannons distributed around the ship as well as 6x 12.7mm Brownings
Torpedos & ASW: Squid ASW mortar in the 'B' position, Quadruple bank of 533mm torpedoes amidships (can't find anywhere to fit a second bank though)

Thoughts?
