The twin-engine L1011 is an interesting concept, but I can't help but feel that the wings are set too far aft on the fuselage. I'd suggest looking at the 767-300 (roughly the same fuselage length) as a point of comparison.

Additionally, you seem to have selected the Pratt & Whitney's PW4000 112-inch-fan from the Boeing 777 as your engine for this aircraft. Note that this engine program was launched by P&W in 1990 and didn't make its first flight until 1993, receiving FAA certification in 1994. Thus there is no way it would have been available in the time period that your aircraft would have made its first flight (1987). Either the Pratt & Whitney JT9D / PW4000 94-inch fan, or General Electric CF-6-80 series engines would be more time-period appropriate.

Thank you for bringing these considerations to my attention, however this drawing was more a doodle than a serious attempt to draw a Bistar. If I do anything more along this line of thought I'll be sure to factor in the issues you mentioned, though!
