Exactly. Sorry I had not said.
In WTM-7 Russia wins. Victory: Tsushima, Dagelet (Ulleungdo is a South Korean island in the Sea of Japan), Port Arthur, Telin (Tieling - China).

Ahh, well, for that victory, a sure miracle would've had to happen. The sheer incompetency, the fact that most of the Russian commanders lacked any battle experience comparable with those of the japanese, the fact that even Adm. Tyrtov, before the war had adamantly warned against retaining the death trap of Port Arthur etc...all would've ensured a Jap. victory in any scenario. But, like i said...if you believe in miracles...
