But thats about it... And i know they would have been a common thing, if the approval stamp was given.
But this was not (otherwise we would had them on the OPVS, and JSS)

uhm... the stingers are equipable as extra CIWS, I believe...but not as manpad. just a normal ground launched stinger, as far as I know... but then from the ships deck instead of 'solid ground'.

well, it is already on the FREMM drawing.... that's the newest version, if I'm not wrong. I haven't checked that one yet, though.

I'm not aware that FREMM carries a radar other than EMPAR. My fictional Cybele Klasse is an APAR conversion of the FREMM, so I've looked at a fair number of pics of the thing, albeit not that recently.
