Shouldn't all those port holes be coloured blue?
Anyway, a spectacular piece of work.

Very nice! Has anyone ever done a design history on the Yamato?

If the portholes are closed, then I suggest to outline them in grey instead of black. It would make them look more like closed ones. The black outline is basicly needed to seperate the blue from grey.

Otherwise, what can I say, awsome ship needs an awsome drawing and this one isen't dissapointing me ;)

Yeah there where a lot of A-140 designs (a-140 is yamato class).
I like the nelson style the most. It looks so neat.

A very good drawing Alex. I also agree with Golly that closed portholes have their outlines in grey (you can see some examples for that in the Real Life section of Graet Britain).
Also I would like to see the Tamato as built (with 4 triple 6.1" gun mountings and less AA guns).
