The template title should read:

USS Midway CVB-41 (September 1946) - Measure 21
Shipcamouflage.com lists CVB-41 having "Measure 21" camouflage in 1945. By the time the ship would be launched, the US yards were using the late-war paint colors for Measure 21 so the ship would very likely be overall 5-N #7 ("navy grey"). Postwar, the ships began to be painted into the Measure 13 scheme (overall late-war Haze Grey), but I'm not clear on when this was started (if I had to give a year I would guess 1947). It's kind of up to you (as the drawer/researcher) to do the leg work to understand what color the ship would be in during 1946. My personal guess would be the Measure 21 navy grey.
