What about this one!
Sorry, but this is just hideous; and that isn't even a critique of its feasability

A little appreciated aspect of ship design is that naval architects actually work hard to make their ships look decent ;)

yes I know, we have to try and fail, special with something you never have designed before.

that bridge looks vulnerable... I liked the previous one better. the hull looks.... well.... not appropriate. it looks to high above the waterline, while the prop looks a bit on the small side for this ship....
also, in what year is this ship 'build' ?

1.
I can change to the other method. but I will have Wood on steel skin.

2.

-It is quite possible for me to lower the torpedo tubes one deck lower, if I make it so it should also be room for a set of torpedo tubes in front of the lifeboat.

3. Around 2. WW

for 2: ??????? english please
for 3: will need more AA, IMO....
for 1: an armoured bridge will be better. if I am correct, most ships of this time era had an open bridge with an steering cabin underneath it (at least the british cruisers had that)

obs apologize for that! you can now copy and paste, when you do something completely different ...

when I thought the same too. but then I drew the boat looked a little superstructure as possible because most of the crew and other equipment could be down in the hull. And so for one a very low point of gravity and more seaworthy, and a little drier foredeck. It was at least the idea, but work it, who knows!

Has taken me a trip to the countryside in the wonderful weather we have here. but I've have borrowed a computer where I am, but I think the colors are a bit weird on the screen, so it is just to speak out when the colors are totally off the wall!

so to have something to do occasionally, so I've started to draw a new kind of Frigate, Destroyer to be the successor to one of my former Frigate (FXX 268 project)

Batch 1: approx. 135m long, ASW frigate
Batch 2: approx. 140m long, air-defense with some ASW capabilities.
Batch 3: approx. 155m long, destroyer, (ASW / air defense / multi-role or command vessel)

Speed: from 26 knots and up to 33 knots.

If you have suggestions for radar equipment and weapons for those different vessels, then you just have to speak out. ;)
