Well, Gollevainen as Administrator has laid down the law here, which is what is needed sometimes. That said Bezobrazov also talks common sense, especially when we are dealing with very new members, who (and to their credit) are putting their heads over the parapet for the first time. So sure, it doesn't hurt to preface any criticism with a positive expression. And yes, we have been here plenty of times before with well intentioned comments being misinterpreted.

If I was a new member and was treated this way, my first instinct would be "fuck this place", and I'd be gone.
