in 2007, Charles Frandier, a politician that was unknown until then is elected as president of France . He immediately start a very aggressive economic and military policy, the french GDP rise insanely during his mandate, surprising all foreign countries, Charles Frandier announce a return to the Franc as he consider that france should have it’s own currency . He establish a xenophobic policy for his whole mandate and leave shenghen area and start a massive program to defend national borders from what he calls the outsiders .
In 2012 , French economy and army is already at a peak, dozens of massive projects were started , both in military, economy or infrastructure domains . When the successor of Charles Frandier is elected , a new policy, less xenophobic and open toward europeans and occidentals peoples is established as well as a 6th republic with a rewrote constitution and a presidential term of 7 years instead of the 5 established by Chirac. During thoses 10 years , french HDI equaled norwegian HDI and population rised to 76 millions bringing france back as an almost superpower nation .
Today is 2019 , the country is different from what it is today . While being more socially unstable due to a large european immigration, the country benefit a thriving economy and a modernized military . Education and health level rised and thoses 12 years are now known as the 2nd degaulle era . Paradoxally, France is more isolated , often considered as a dangerous state and it’s policy spark protests from the inside but also at the neighboring countries .

2012 : Grégoire André, the former minister of defense under Charles Frandier mandate is elected as president of the fréch republic, he announce a new constitution that would fit better with the 21 century
2013 : The new constitution is submitted to the vote of the peoples, 62 % of the french citizens approve the constitution , Lyon becomes the new capital city as it is considered an adequate city for this role .
2014 : NATO is expanded and becomes GDTO, with Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Philippines and Singapore joining the organisation to counter growing chinese influence in the pacific .
2016 : Belgium is split in 2 after large protests have brought the flanders inhabitants to declare independance, Wallonia join france as an autonomous region .
2019 : While Charles Frandier and Grégoire André policies have been succesfull for the country, many protesters claims the french government is racist, in May 2019, Laurent Mikelsenn , a young politician born of norwegian immigrants is elected and start a policy open to the outside .
The massive program « Initiative Globale » is established and aims to improve the lifestyles in many countries . Comoros is the first state in which french corporation invest , to prevent the massive illegal immigration toward Mayotte, an adequate and efficient policy by both newly elected comoros progressive government and the french investors allows local citizens to dream of a better future . In exchange, comoros government recognize Mayotte as a french territory .
The Francophonic Cooperation Organisation is established to enhance educational cooperation between member states .

Welcome to the SB Louis!
First of all, I have to say that I'd be extremely grateful if You try to use capital letters in geographical names bit more often (preferably: always in the first letter). Space between last letter of a word and a comma or period is not necessary as well.
Secondly, this AU's backstory is... peculiar, so to speak.

In 1985, the Soviet Union, in crisis, attempt to cease territories hoping to accumulate enough resources to prevent a collapse

Not sure about that "ceasing" territories, but I assume You refer to expansion. As for accumulation of resources - in terms of natural resources the USSR was probably most resource-rich country in the World. Problem was with their use (and it was a structural problem).

...she annex most of Warsaw Pact members...

Simply annex? Just like that? And they let themselves be simply annexed? In 1986?

...and launch a surprise attack against NATO...

I'm not sure if that would be such a surprise after all these annexations.

While their military is outdated...

In mid-1980s Soviet Union had World's largest standing army, with equipment of varied vintage, but the 1st and 2nd line units in western military districts and in Groups of Soviet Forces (in WarPac countries) were modern enough. NATO forces weren't all M1's and Leo2's either.

...thousands of soviet tanks, right at the borders could storm France in few days and take Paris too fast for an efficient retaliation...

In which case France would press the red button. Matter of, say, 10 minutes. No tank is that fast.

The United States Navy, the only hope for a large scale troops displacement is threatened, the Atlantic Ocean is filled with Russian submarines, it's not worth it.

Word "deployment" would be better than "displacement", I believe.
Dealing with Soviet submarines was raison d'être of the US Atlantic Fleet. That's what they trained for for whole 40 years.

...soviet union deploy half of it's troops in europe toward china in an attempt to end the invasion...

In mid-1980s real-life Soviet Army had around 200 tank and motor-rifle divisions, of which 50+ were deployed on China borders and ca. 90 within Western and South-Western Strategic Directions (Baltic, Belarussian, Carpatian, Kiev, Odessa Military Districts; Northern, Central, Southern and German Groups of Forces). Whole French Army had less than 15 small divisions. And what other countries were to seize the opportunity, if the West Germans and Italians are already annexed and US Army is out, supposedly prevented from delivering reinforcements (to those 5 divisions already in Europe) by all these Soviet submarines in the Atlantic?

...China launch a small nuclear attack against Russia, wiping Moscow, the Soviet government and the Soviet army, and destroying the dead hand of Moscow . preventing a soviet retaliation.

Yeah, very small attack indeed. Just some 10 million casualties.
But You are aware that Soviet Armed Forces weren't located only in Moscow? And that once any hostilities begun, their command structures would leave their peacetime quarters precisely to avoid such situation happening?
And finally, the Dead Hand (15E601 Perimetr) system is - for exactly the same reason - NOT located in Moscow and it's organizational design - whatever it is - by definition makes it impossible to destroy it in such way to prevent a retaliation (otherwise, why it would be made in the first place?).

NATO condemn chinese attack and cease all relations with China.

So, You're saying, that NATO was attacked by Soviet Union, but when Soviet Union is in turn attacked by China, the NATO "seizes the opportunity" to strike back at USSR, while at the same time it condemns China for providing that opportunity?

...promising it's french speaking neighboors safety from China, she annex Luxembourg, Switzerland, Belgium and even western parts of Germany, Italy and Austria, while claiming Kaliningrad as a french territory.

How annexing these territories is going to make them safer, when distance between Luxembourg and Ural mountains (You didn't described borders of "People's Republic of Siberia", but generally Siberia starts east of Ural mountains) is ca. 3400 kilometres?
And what happend to all the countries that used to be located between "western parts of Germany" and Kaliningrad?

heavy protests sparks in NATO but they finally accept in exchange of a full autonomy of the non-french speaking territories.

Which countries are that NATO, in this configuration? And when France and NATO became at odds? Apparently sufficiently to have "accept the terms"?

France agrees for the terms but announce it would still have it's army on annexed territories and that inhabitants in the territories would have to learn french anyway.

Gents - let's see some drawings. Remember that this is a drawing related forum, not an alternate history forum. Scenarios presented here must be shown as supporting backstory for drawings.

Developped by Dassault aviation with support from ARES and Thales , the Dassault QUASAR was designed as a light attack aircraft . Using a counterweight system and several improvements, the QUASAR became a very efficient aircraft unlike what was expected .
the QUASAR quickly became combat proven in Africa when fighting against small terrorists groups . more than 60 units were bought by the french army , 35 by Colombia, 16 by Suriname but it's african countries who bought the most models, with Mali buying 50 , Comoros buying 12 and Cameroon buying 30 .
The QUASAR finally showed great capacity against terrorists groups in Syria and gained a good reputation .

Not a bad start! My biggest concern is that the number of black lines should be significantly reduced. There are way too many all over both vehicles. Welcome to the forums!

Thanks for feedbacks, i lowered the amount of black lines on the Quasar , however, black lines are part of the ARES-22 design, most are blacks grids , of course, i could also work on a variant without that much black lines .

CLM-1 Croiseur Lance Missile - 1

With first concept designed in 2011 for the Initiative 2020 program . The CLM-1 is the first guided missile cruiser designed in the 21th century .
Initially planned as a ship based on enemy suppression, it quickly became a omnirole design .
With 2 decks builts, the upper being made for command / navigation , and the lower being a modulable deck , this ship brought an additional force to protect oversea territories .
Using both real and fictives weapons and systems, the CLM-1 was a mobile gun barge, able to take down all kind of targets .
it's unique radar configuration allowed to hide an insane amount of arrays and systems inside the ship with a recognised effciency .
heavily armed, it also featured numerous french indigenous design and was the host of the Espadon Naval helicopter and a navalized enhanced variant of the eurocopter tiger .
It can fit a total of 2 helicopters .
