The Style that has become more refined. Basically the only styllistical change (in terms of 'methods of work') compared to my earlier drawings lies in the shading of underwater hull - which is also a result of community-wide evolution - though strictly speaking it's not as much a literal application of '45-degree rule' but rather my own 'variation on a theme'.
What makes the drawing look 'more refined' is the use of different colors/shades for the underwater hull and the glass. If You would replace the ones used with the 'traditional', rather gaudy and intense red and blue, You'd get a drawing looking exactly like average 2011 one.
