About the RAM thingy, they already placed it on the EX-Varyag. So also one factor wich could be real.

Again, some of the ships in your last post are "fan art". The Chinese cruiser (3rd from top) and the project 1157 as well.

and the last 3 look a lot like the nansen class.... maybe early concepts?

Yes they are. found them when I was searching for the other proposals in the Frigate project, from those other yards. (Aker/kværner/BMV, etc.)
