It should be an excellent base for drawing his refit as an auxiliary cruiser in 1938.
All in good time.
Unfortunately I couldn't find any data regarding the colours used when the ship was camouflaged, so only a navy grey ship will be done
You just teach me that the Mar Cantabrico was camouflaged.................
To be honest, i'm not shure i knew it was also refitted as auxiliary cruiser. I was mostly interested by it's sister ship Mar Negro. This one wasn't camouflaged, so if you wich to be accurate...............
By the way a like to good picture (maybe you know already.......):

I know this site well.
Although the picture of the camouflaged auxiliary cruiser says it's the Mar Negro, I believe it is the Mar Cantabrico, because the for most 152mm gun on the forecastle of the Mar Cantabrico was closer to the bows than that on the Mar Negro. Also the Mar Negro had no raised foe castle, which the Mar Cantabrico had

Nice drawing, Novice! Both Mar Negro and Mar Cantábrico had interésting careers during the SCW, as merchants and as auxiliary cruisers. Cheers.

After some absence, I enjoy in adding the ms Hannover, a combi liner built in 1955 at Bremen, along with two more ships for Hamburg Amerika services (HAPAG), and three more ships for the Norddeutscher Lloyd (NDL). All six ships were later sold, after about 10 years of service, to Orient Africa Line, part of C.Y Tung empire. All ships were scrapped after about 15 years of service in the late 1970's

Something strange is going on with your amidships hull shading, looks like there is shading under a bilge keel that is not drawn or something?

Totally agree and that is the exact reason for drawing these ships of a by gone age.

@And of course thank you, eswube, for all for the praises, as they should go to the original designers of these magnificent ships.
