The Thames Clippers are indeed very cool ships. As a matter of fact I've been considering drawing them as well ;)
As for your drawing I wouldn't use the dark grey to depict tinted windows and keep the standard blue color. And change the white color on the hull to a very light shade of grey (because it looks transparent due to the white background).
Also instead of (or in addition to) "Thames Clipper" it should say "River Runner 200 Mark 2B class", just as on their web-site.

You need to use the standrad text, and you need a black line along the waterline.

Sweet, I'll get the water line sorted.

I'm struggling to get the font to look right, I'm using Arial on paint, but it doesn't seem to be working for me. Help?!

Or if you have w7/vista. Type into search bar at start. cleartype, and turn it off.

or...

1.make a plank file.
2.Save it as a Gif
3. Type everything on that file and copy paste them on drawing

use size 11 for the ships title and size 9 for your name (the sizes in the templates are for photoshop IRC)

Arial 14 for title, and Arial 10 for the signature. All I've done is type it out on a Word document then cut and pasted. :)

That does not work when using MS Paint 7!
