The HA.1112-M4L was a training conversión of HA.1112. Two conversions of HA.1112-M1L (Merlin powered) and one conversión of HA.1110-K1L (Hispano powered). This aircraft, the 7-92, sold in 1965, was used for the movie "Battle of England" and later transferred to the USA. Recently was discovered on a Texas ranch. Currently in restoration.

Between 1963 and 1974 Pan-Am operated nine Boeing 720B. all were second-hand airframes, three were former American Airlines and the other six former Lufthansa ones. Pan-Am 720s were also among the few fitted with WHF antennas on the tailfin and right wingtip.

N785PA in particular was one of the ex-Lufthansa machines: delivered first to the German Airline in 1961 it was bought by Pan-am in 1966. The plane served with Pan American for seven years before beign sold to Ariana Afghan Airlines in 1973. In 1980 it changed ownership again and flew with Aerotal Colombia until 1984 before being scrapped in Miami the same year.

Between 1958 and 1974 Pan-Am operated a total of eight Boeing 707-120. six were factory built, the other two were purchased, used, from Western airlines in 1962 (which in turn took them in place of Cubana).

N711PA was the fifth overall 707 to come out from Boeing production line. Delivered new to Pan-am on October 17th 1958 it was named "Jet Clipper America" and inaugurated the first scheduled passenger jet flight by an US-based airline on October 26th 1958, flying from New York to Paris. It was renamed Jet Clipper Mayflower in 1961 and converted into a 707-120B in 1965. Sold to THY (Turkish Airlines) in 1974 it went later flyin with Pan Ayer (Panama) and Air Asia (Malaysia) before being scrapped in 1984.
N709PA was the third overall 707 to come out from Boeing production line. Delivered new to Pan-Am on August 15th 1958 it was named "Jet Clipper Tradewind". It is sadly renowned for being lost with no survivors while approach near Elkton, Maryland, on December 8th 1963, after being hit by lightning. The incident prompted the FAA to recomend many safety modifications to jetliners fuel tank systems.
N778PA was initially supposed to be delivered to Cubana but (because of the Cuban revolution and subsequent embargo) it was instead delivered to Western Airlines in May 1960. Pan-Am bought the plane in 1962 and named it "Jet Clipper Skylark", later converting it to 707-120B standard in 1964. Sold to THY in 1974, N778PA was the longest living of all former Pan-Am 707-120s: if flew with 18 different airlines from 14 different countries before being ultimately scrapped in Tucson, Arizona in 1992.

Between 1959 and 1981 Pan-am operated a total of 120 Boeing 707-320s in numerous variants: including 26 707-320, 5 707-320B, 55 707-320Badv and 34 707-320C, the latter ones both in combi and full-cargo variant.

N701PA had been originally ordered by TWA but was not taken up. Pan-Am got delivery of the aircraft on May 11th 1959 instead and named it Jet Clipper Donald McKay (later it was renamed Jet Clipper Charger). Like many earlier -320 models it had a shorter vertical stabilizer and no underside fin. The aircraft was withdrawn from service in 1971 and stored until february 1976 when Pan-Am sold it to Atasco Leasing Inc. Only four months later the aiframe was ferried to the UK for scrapping.
N726PA was delivered on January 13th 1960 and named Jet clipper Westward Ho. Pan-am leased the plane to dominicana in 1971/72 and then stored it. In 1975 the plane was sold to Air Manila and flew until 1984. Stored once again it was scrapped in 1988.
N760PA was one of the only five 707-320B owned by Pan-Am. Delivered on June 15th 1962 it was named Jet Clipper Evening Star and flew with the airline until retirement in 1976.
N404PA, or Clipper Seven Seas, was delivered on May 3rd 1965. Like al 707-32Badv models it lacked the underside fin aft and looked like a -320C except for the lack of the extra doors aft of the wings. It also flew only for Pan Am until being withdrawn from service in 1979.
N445PA, Jet Clipper Archer, was delivered to Pan-am on December 15th 1966. It flew with the airline for only nine years before being retired for good in 1975.
N457PA, Clipper Phoenix, was one of the dedicated cargo -320C operated by Pan-Am. Recognizable by the lack of turbocompressors inlet on the outboard wing engine pylon. Delivered to the airline on October 27th 1967 it was ultimately retired in 1978.
