Hello!
Well, I have to say I will watch this AU with great interest, since apparently You decided to make Polish language the national language of that country - and I happen to be Polish.

Because of that I have several small remarks - although I admit that since You've never explicitly mentioned that it's supposed to be in fact Polish language - You can disregard them and claim that it's just some completely fictional language that's just very similar. (though AFAIK it's implicit in AU's that languages are used "as they really are" ;) )

First of all, the name of the country - "Śląsry". Apparently inspired by Śląsk (Silesia), and technically speaking entirely valid placeholder name, in real Poland it would be probably mentioned in every ranking of funniest names. Because whereas ending "-ry" is completely innocent, ending "-sry" in such short name would be evocative of the slang term for something that happens (in most people usually around once a day) in the extreme end of the digestive tract - and even without that association, such combination of letters would sound very unserious. ;) (sorry! :( )

Now for the rivers. In Polish language there's no such word as "rozwilenie" but we have very similar word (just with one extra letter) "rozwidlenie" which stands, among others, for river bifurcation (where one river splits into more). If You're seeking for a word describing two rivers merging into one, I'd suggest "ujście" - with most proper and full form being "ujście (of tributary river) do (major river)". And because of peculiarities of Polish language, form, for example "ujście Warta do Śląsra" wouldn't be proper too, because all the names would be in genitive case form, not in the nominative one. :(
Another thing is that Polish language is very complicated one (indeed, often mentioned as one of 5 most difficult in the World to learn for the foreigner) with lots of flexion etc. For example, all nouns have grammatical genders (he, she, it), but while animals and inanimate objects are by definition "it" (by the fact they aren't people), they still can be grammatical "he" or "she" at the same time, and that extends to adjectives that describe them too - so coast/bank is grammatical-gender-wise "he", so it's "północny/południowy/wschodni/zachodni" (northern/southern/eastern/western respectively), but for example Warszawa (capital city of Poland) is "she" so it's geographical parts would be referred to as "północna/południowa/wschodnia/zachodnia" and sea is simply "it" so it's "północne/południowe/wschodnie/zachodnie" (but, confusingly, ocean is "he", lake is "it", river is "she").
And finally (about rivers), You used the name Vistula but it's just international name for main Polish river - Wisła - and we never use international name locally. ;)

As for the city names, they are mostly ok, though several are deformed, but still sounding "valid". With three exceptions: "Województwo" translates into English as Voivodeship and is the name for highest level of territorial administrative division of country; "Opaval" sounds similar to Opawa, but in Polish language "v" letter is unused except for foreign words; finally "Powstańców" is genitive case form of the word "powstańcy", which in turn is plural from "powstaniec", meaning "person that took/takes part in an uprising" (roughly "insurgent"). In such form it's unlikely to be used for city name, unlike for street or square name, but with explanation of which insurgent's street is that ("Ulica Powstańców Śląskich" - Silesian Insurgents' Street; "Plac Powstańców Warszawskich" - "Warsaw Insurgents' Square" etc.).

Sorry for that lecture. I just couldn't abstain. ;)
Anway, I'm looking forward to see more content here. :)

I will try to fix my butchery of your language. The nation Śląsry already had a name when I joined the AU and was told it was our version of Poland so I tried to recreate that on the given topography map, no cities were on the map or river names. For the names I went about google maps and cherry picking names that to me did not sound German in nature. I will be quite busy this week but I will get around to amending the issues you pointed out.

Hey Eswube! There is actually a really funny story about the name, a person I know on the interwebs who is Polish said I should use it as a placeholder name when I was creating countries, he said it was kinda really funny. Long story short, I forgot to change it! And then Muscatatuck was given the nation, and by that point I had forgotten. Glad to see that you liked it though!

How does shit get carted around during military operations for Heimojenmaa? Well here we go!
The M1880 and 1893 Wagons, used in warm weather and similar conditions.

Then we have the M1880 and M1893 Sleighs, used for cold weather, or just in general for snow.

Nice to see some new stuff here. Hopefully I’ll be able to get some stuff together for my nation (Iliouniki) this weekend.
