Thanks for replies, Lads.

erik_t: yeah; wrong illustration; fixing...
Colo & Cheenoat: Dropbox "tsunami" is indeed a reason for that. I believe, it was a great loss for SB overall. As said, I'm slowly adding those back.

And something new; with no explanations

Looks nice. though the small submarines are really tricky ones. Without specs is hard to say much...

Thanks. Yeah specs... I really suck in these, but let's try.
I enlarged it a bit:

Length: 32m
Beam: 5,3m
Draught: 4,8m
Displacement: 300t
Speed : 12+kt
Test depth: 150m
Range : 1000 nmi
Complement: 8-10 + 6 divers

I guess it's needless to say that's intend to operate in Baltic /Finnish Gulf. Propulsion could be "all electric" with fuel cells or small AIP generator; perhaps ? Also, I'm not sure if the external tube is a good solution concerning drag or noise but I was thinking modularity and quick reload.

for the drag and noise, My understanding is that these are very related to the actuall speed. In the tactical circumstances for using such small subs, Speed propably is not the main parameter. In the covert shore's page http://www.hisutton.com/ you can find intresting readings about the miniature submarine world quite nicely.

First; I'd like to apologize Golly to ruin your great drawning of Pansio class...
Second; I'd like to have comments of this silliness; I mean could it work at all? Gun is 155mm and vessel is based to Pansio class minelayer: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pansio-class_minelayer Purpose is to act kind of moving coast artillery in southern Finnish archipelago.

It might work out ok, probably ok for a trials vessel.

as a test platform it certainly would be ok. For practical use, unless we are talking about really easy removal of modular construction, turning such vessel into a firesupport platform migth not be feasible, since the current occupation is such nessecity that it wouldn't just dissapear when you convert one of them into a different task. I would go for dedicated hull for firesupport use, or develop that modular approach more for a sort of secondary front "standard flex" concept of a minelayer/landing ship medium/firesupport vessel /small auxillary
