Very possible. KC-135 can take stuff inside it.

Biggest limitation is going to be the 148in upper fuselage diameter, which isn't big enough for a lot of things.

That depends on how you define a "military cargo carrier" and we need to make the distinction between "strategic lift" and "tactical lift."

KC-135s as it is already make up the bulk of the USAF's strategic lift capability (all the fuel tanks are under the floor, where baggage would be on an airliner, and the deck is clear for palletized cargo or passengers) and the USAF has a sizable fleet of dedicated C-135 cargo planes (Boeing 717) and C-137 cargo planes (Boeing 707).

What you're thinking of is probably tactical lift, like a C-130. You'd need not only ramps but a strengthened floor to accept, for example, tanks. So, no, you can't. You'd need C-130s for that, or better yet C-17s which blur the line between tactical and strategic airlift.

Most strategic transport of very heavy items like tanks is done by sealift anyways. And seeing as we're Shipbucket...get to drawing them! :p

Τhe heavier load is 2 ΑFV Centaurus, about 19t each or large 8x8 trucks (ΜΑΝ,Οshkosh),lighter tank of the Kingdom weights 48t-too heavy.Ι also thought to have Ιl-76 (C-160 found).Τhe C-160 is equivalent to C-130 in load?(my information unclear). C-17 is way too big and expensive to operate.

C-160 Transtal =/= C-130 Hercules

Like I said you want something with a reinforced floor. The C-130 can take a 19 ton AFV though. But if it's too heavy for that, you'll need a C-17 (or Il-76). If that's too expensive, too bad, hope you can grow sea legs.
