Fictional Canadair aircraft based off of the YF23. Here's a quick history of the aircraft; In 2000/01 the USAF Instead decided the F23 was better then the F22 and got them instead. In 2012 the USAF/Northrop began selling the Blueprints to certain companies, in 2013 Canadair got blueprints and produced the first CL39, 39939. They began doing testing up north in early 2014 and then began public appearances at Airshows and Fly-By's. In 2017 the RCAF began retiring there CF188's for the CL39, Now called the CF399. And ordered 60 of them which were delivered between late 2018 to mid 2020 to the RCAF. The first livery being "Delivery 2019", then following with "Delivery 2020" and the final livery being "Service Livery 2020-23", 2023 being the last year of delivery.
