There are not enough superlatives to cover these.

Two questions;
Wouldn't the missile tubes beside the fin on the Pr.667M risk damaging the conning tower on launch from increased pressure?

Are the rotating twin launchers on the Pr.667 a real Soviet never-were idea or something for AU purposes? How did they work? I'm assuming one missile inboard and one outboard and the launcher swings 360 degrees to bring the reload outboard for firing?

Yes both project 667 and 667M are based on real soviet never-wheres and are premilinary studies preceeding the actual project 667 (Yankee) class. In the rotating launchers, the missiles are stored horizontaly and the launcher rotates 90 degrees to lift the missiles pointing vertically upwards. In both designs the missilelauncher or tubes are situated between the inner and outer hulls in simlar manners as for examble in project 949 Oscar class with its Granit missiles.

Are these submarines real Soviet never-where projects?
