although your battleships are...stupid-looking...they're fine from a technical standpoint, as far as I can tell right now.

I've decided to do things properly now.

Frigates from .... FXX / FCC program

Length: 134 meters
Beam: approx. 15.5 meters
Depth: 7.75 meters
Speed. about 25 + knots

Armar Equipment:
FCC:
1 * 76mmgun
7 * 12.7 mm
Harpoon Cruise Missile
Asroc
2 * single TT

FXX:
1 * 127mm gun Compact
Ciws
7 * 12.7 mm
Harpoon Cruise Missile
Standard
Tomahawk cruise missile
sea sparrow
2 * single or double TT

Now what kind of radar do I need. The FCC's main objective is to be comandvessel with opportunities to do other tasks, FXX is a clean frigate: find the target, destroy t, "the end!"

may I ask what those directors are? they look kinda small to direct standard missiles on the second one, while the first one has no missiles that require it's guidance. and am I the only one who thinks it is weird that the version with only guns and ASROC and harpoons has a HUGE radar, while the one with air defence missiles on board has NO search radar and 2 small directors?

I think I should find a ... U.S. vessel and use it as an example for my ship!

well, just think in systems. for example: you want an air defence ship. so you put long range missiles on it. those have requirements. the SM series need an illuminator (director) and an search radar. and so you can get on and on.... getting all working.

asroc can be launched from MK41 VLS cells, yes. btw, I don't get which time era these ships are from... non stealth, old radars, but modern lifeboats and brand new hitroles... and don't forget the helicopter, which is, if I remember it correctly, an type that hasn't been build yet at this moment
