Once again I want to thank you for your encouraging comments.
I'm very happy to receive praise like this from the community.

As stated before, here's some later iterations of some of these ships.

Esmeralda V (ex Glace Bay) got renamed to Baquedano in 1952 to give the name to the new training ship, this picture depicts her after the renaming.

And here's Esmeralda IV later in her career, after the refit that landed four 6" guns and gave her fire control arrangements.

These have been added to the OP now. Thanks and expect O'Higgins sometime in the future!
