Hallelujah! Unless you discover some pixel or colour defaults, I think I've succeeded to complete the proud RFA Argus in two versions: before the refitting in 2009, and after finishing the refitting in 2010. It's important to remember the helps and advices from Bombhead, Rifleman (who gave me the raw drawing) and Bezobrazov (who gave the last detail and the Sea King's I "stole" from him) and amongst other Thiel, TimothyC and Lazer_one who helped me correcting especially the black lines. Thanks to you all! I was on the point of dropping this project, so I'm happy to complete both of the versions after all. Credit to you

[Edit] I've corrected the lines in the bulb at 2010 version. Any other colour errors?

Uh KW, may I suggest you take a quick look at dba.dk?
You can get a perfectly serviceable monitor for as little as 200kr.
I suspect that most of the issues you've had vi-a-vis colours are because the one you have is loosing colour depth.

I find with my monitor if I scroll down to the bottom of the screen I get better colour definition on drawings for some reason. I miss the days of the big old TV type monitors,you could not beat them for drawing on.

Nope. Permanent markers stick much better to glass than plastic.
