Now I've finished the old version of RFA Argus. I'm not pleased 'cause she looks terrible and wrong. But when rules are more important than a ship looks right, so be it. The definition real designs is then questionable. As she looks here she rather should be in AU.
However here she is. I'm not sure I will make the new version complete. Maybe if I can be customary to look at this peculiarly looks? :?

Its not about ship looks or rules as rules, but about shipbucket as a style. It is uniform drawing style that has set of rules to make it as uniform. I cannot see any proplem with this. Sure one can drawn pixel art in other ways too, but to drawn shipbucket way, one needs to follow the style as it is intended.

That's why I've finished her, but you must admit she don't look good (maybe in SB style but not compared to reality)!

It looks o.k. and its a good drawing. The point is that Golly is spot on with what this forum is about: Shipbucket style. If we want our drawings uploaded to the archive we have to adapt them likewise; and if we post them for comment we have to accept that they will be judged by the common standards.

Thanks and certainly indeed I will :D It comes like an orange in the turban of two reasons: First I was looking for a new project, and second because the Fort Class was in my wish list.

Yeah, I know, but sometimes a man have to challenge rules for else all development will stop. Maybe - when I'm finish annoying me - I will do the new Argus complete. After all she is now between 80% and 90% done. ;)

Well, I've decided to finish the new version of RFA Argus. I thought I was nearly finish but discovered a lot of details to change and submit compared to the old version. I'll guess she is only 85%-90% complete, but here she is:

The lines on the underwater hull should be black and not the dark grey and purple shades you've used so far.
