Looks good so far indeed.
You're working from the Henrik Heuser's Fridtjof Nansen drawing, right? I haven't seen these bridge windows elsewhere.
According to the most recent picture of the model I have seen, the bridge shape isn't that complex, with max. one slanted window against the superstructure side, but two mostly vertical ones on the 45° edges, and apparently the navigation lights underneath rather than downward-looking windows.
Still based on that Euronaval 2016 model:
- You can lose the lower-level satcom bubbles on the mast (behind the bridge)
- The platform withe the gun fire control radar atop the bridge has both its top and forward faces inclined
- Both stacks have a small platform aft one level lower
- The bulb might be slightly more on the pointy side

Still, you captured the overall look nicely so far, particularly the integrated mast, and the drawing style is great. Good job!

drawing itself is okay, but that is no surprise, when he used 80-90 % of my drawing, by just copy and past and add on some new stuff, so where is the credit to me. The credit should be "H.Heuser, Gunship"

Reason:
1. all underwater hull is directly lifted of my Fridtjof Nansen class drawing.
2. all hull above water is directly lifted of my Fridtjof Nansen class drawing.
3. bridge is directly lifted of my Fridtjof Nansen class drawing.
4. aft part of Hangar is directly lifted of my Fridtjof Nansen class drawing.
5. even my shading errors are still there, also shading technique that I used before, some are the wrong way to shade.
6. Hatches in the solid railing on top of the hanger, is similar.

The only new thing on the drawing is:
1. Radar
2. The hull has been made longer
3. funnels
4. Hatches on the structure
5. are around forward funnel that are open on Fridtjof Nansen class, is closed on this drawing.

Basically 80% of the ship is from my drawing...

He posted this drawing before and now he post it again and are still not giving any credit to me. how similar do the vessel have to be 100% 150% 9000% ?

Yes, proper crediting needs to be followed always when you post your work in these forums (and elsewhere), even inlcuding WiPs
