The Glenwood class was originally a small batch of Shannon class destroyers which first began construction in late 1940. They were modified to carry small personal landing boats which would be used for commando raids or minuscule invasions. The number 3 and 4 turrets, as well as a torpedo launcher, were removed to make space for passenger quarters. With the refit, the Glenwood destroyers could each carry up to 60 passengers, obviously not including crewmen.

Most destroyers of this class were painted black in order to blend in with the night sky during a raid. When not outfitted for raids, these destroyers were often tasked for rescuing missions, such as finding pilots who were shot down in a dogfight.

I suspect you're going to have to loose a bit more equipment than that. The Robert H. Smith conversions of the Sumner class gave up all their torpedoes and two K-guns.
I also suspect t your basic design is overloaded. You're carrying two twin 5" guns more on a slightly smaller hull

1943 refit

The Carrywood class destroyers were notably smaller and less armed and armored than most Antaran designs. The Carrywood destroyers were designed with speed and maneuverability in mind, rather than firepower, compared to destroyers like the Shannon class. The gun houses on this destroyer only carried one turret, and the ship only had one torpedo launcher.

There were plans to convert these light fighting vessels to suite other roles, such as anti submarine warfare. Dench was the only warhip of this class to have ever been modified into an ASW destroyer.

I like Carrywood design, it's kinda... Cute.
Some notes:
- You need to add support fairings on your shafts, I suppose.
- I don't see a reason to remove the Hedgehog to install one more rapid-firing AA cannon. Efficiency against submarines gets rather low into the benefit of slightly improving AA fire. It is suitable only if ships you escort suffer from enemy aviation much more then from submarines, but as for me, your universal destroyer transforms into a narrowly focused ships (DD→DE).
I may be wrong, though. See what others will say.

Hedgehog was an ahead throwing weapon, so I suspect the aft one is going to be unpleasant for the rest of the ship when it fires. And for a dedicated ASW ship it seems rather lightly armed and the lack of a SONAR installation seems odd. I suggest you look up the various depth charge projectors used during the war.

You're making too many designs too quickly. I can't keep up with all this.

Replacing 2 hedgehogs with an turreted (with deck penetration) gun mounting is not gonna work. The opposite is not impossible, and was actually done during the war on some ships......... which means I wonder if you are doing something horribly wrong.

Also I was actually quite fearful I wasn't submitting them fast enough tbh. I haven't even attempted to put much detail into the ships' backrounds and service during world war two either.
