Чудово!
One small note: as a Ukrainian, I do not really understad the purpose of our Grand Fleet. The only theater it may act is Black Sea, where BBs are not really needed. I think, your AU Ukraine would probably build large amount of cruisers, destroyers and some CVEs to deal with minelayers and enemy invasion forces than an expensive battleships (in my opinion, anywhay).
