I decided to experiment a bit and try with two angles, with a generic school house 5 pixel = 1 foot. Not sold on it, it looks off center.

That looks strangely off-balance indeed. The little porch above the door looks definitely off-center, as the rear edge (where it meets the wall) should be centered above the door.
Another problem could be that the perspective angle is the same as the angle of the roof. On a more minor note, the windows are not exactly aligned with the wall they are on.

Nice drawing but you have chosen an absolutely atrocious angle. Consider the more standard isometric view? It's very popular for pixel art.

That is off-centre - the porch should line up with the door at the back of the porch, not the front of the porch, no?
