First off, it is very important to punctuate. Not every member here speaks English as a first language, but it is important to type as clearly and concisely as possible. Second, you can still register on the old forum. Third, I'm not exactly sure what you're driving at with the tutorials. You imply that you can't access the old forum and then say we need to update the old tutorials? If you're looking for drawing tips, then you can first check the main site Style Rules and Standards, and after that you can look around the General discussion forum. There are topics here and there that discuss techniques and tips on drawing. But really, you won't learn until you draw.
