Some sort of TACAN-like system would seem almost mandatory.

Before I start adjusting the drawing, is there anything else.

She is in the perfect size. For a big navy as US, it is small. But for all other navy's, that want that capacity, she is big enough.

Size matters, and steel is not the prime factor in military shipbuilding cost this day... 10-20 meters longer and the design is perfect

10-20 meter and the design is perfect, yes. but the world isn't perfect. For example here in Norway, the government controls everything the military build, so if you put forward a design like this one and an design that is 10-20 meter longer with just a little more capacity, the government will go for the small one, because that's how it works, they only look at the price tag, can they save a couple of millions, then they will save those millions.

and it is exactly the same in many other countrys.

Updated version:

- draw in thing that are mentioned that I have forgot.
- adjustment in small areas, smoothing it a little out.

And for fun I made an very rude internal drawing. (If I went in to details, for example the flight deck would be parted up in workshop area, parking area, etc.)

That is the type of small carrier a navy like New Zealands would have. Go with the 2-3 frigates we have. Would give a much better patrol coverage than the frigates by themselves.
