The first submarines in South America, peruvian boats Ferre and Palacios, from french shipyards and of a Schneider-Laboeuf design.
Not bad for such an old design with such sources!

Also, I have found
the book on the topic by the designer of these subs, which includes a drawing of the Greek sister class (probably the drawing you mentioned).
Edit: forgot to mention it, but you seem to have forgotten a black blotch at the top of the picture.
