Well, the first time was a few days ago, So...

May you have to try another e-mail address... I had the same problem in another forum and it helped me... don't know whether admin could change it?

I was having the same issue awhile back, do you use an msn/hotmail account? That seems to be part of the problem.

I'm having the same problem on another forum, the problem is that the reset function refuses to accept any email address other than the one you registered with. And there is no alternative way to contact the moderators.

Yeah, that seems a probably with many forum sites, its the same if you want to change your email address on your account too.
