David, a question about your avatar, is the French Admiral actually a relative of yours? Or just coincidently a person with the same surname?
My great great great grandfather vanishes when I search his records back to France so I don't know. The name means "the touch"but it seems an attachment to a surname rather than being one itself. Can anyone add to this?

Nice work, a very interesting proposal, even if the design is somewhat impractical and of limited use as a carrier.

Some questions.

1. How are the supplies loaded? Through the flight deck?
2. The conn doesn't bother me that much. See how the Japanese did it.

3. The elevators look cramped for the type aircraft.
4. I am bothered that the hanger is very low ceilinged.

Art-wise, I wish I could do 1/2 as well. Good work!
