what if I replace the one of the aft gun with misilles?

That would work.
You may also have to remove the second gun on the bow since it's blocking a huge chunk of the launchers field of fire.
And given how many missiles you're carrying, you'll need at least four SPG-51s and two SPS-65s (One on each beam).
Depending on the exact model missile you're carrying you'll be able to have six birds in the air and give you all round coverage.
And what's with the container-like structures behind the bridge and above the hangar?
Corrugated surfaces are really good at reflecting RADAR beams, not something you'll want. And yes, they did actually consider that back then.
