Excellent accommodation and workspace room
Essentially it's a fast moving (for a battleship) armored behemoth using diesel locomotion. Also, Germans loved odd calibers for their guns, so don't sue me for keeping with the odd caliber tradition. Also, this ship uses somewhat experimental rapid autocanons for AA defense...

I like this. My only concern is the thin turret and barbette armor, I'd thin the end belts to maybe 8-inches and beef those up some...

I would,
definitely,
- cut end belt to 2-4"
- cut upper/main 15" is very thick and hard to make (the face hardening) and not sure that you need that much (Bismark only had 12.6")
- Beam between torpedo bulkheads 25.00 m (30m total beam) only gives you 2.5m each side is that sufficient ?
- gun mounts protection is very week (should be better than belt as you cant angle it Bismark 14.1")
- Barbette at 3" should be belt+ (B 13.4")
- deck on forecastle/aft should not be 5" maybe 1"
- CT should be strong (ie belt 12-15") or very week 2-4"

probably,
- remove the hoists from 37mm do you need underfloor loading ?
- Go with 4 twin mounts for main guns, all the later German ships did.
- Distribution of weights at normal displacement: suggest you have to much protection 40% is IMO high
- Cost is maybe high ? is that due to the diesels what would steam give you size wise ?

@main belt issue: since the only way to get the main belt to protect the magazines and engineering spaces is going 40ft+ and people here say that is bad... I'm in a bind so to speak.
