Added the description of "The Battle of Vinh Nguyen" to the drawing of the HMS Warrior 1943.

I love the Tiger Class.
The raised turret version looks the best to me, I don't quite see the low Y turret version working as the hull depth is a little too shallow for a 9.2in loading system.
My only criticism would be the exposed torpedo tubes abaft X turret.

Updated the AA layout, gave it the looks of the HMS Belfast armor scheme, removed one crane, giving her a centerline crane, and relocated the torpedo tubes.

I was looking to move the superstructure, or rather, the bridge forward, but even with Rowdy's original PSD file I just got hopelessly bogged down.

Should there be another radar at the top of the after mast?

No radar, it's already got everything it needs, but I did add a HF/DF antenna to the rear mast, because the ship really needs it. Also added the Broadsword class destroyer to that post.

I might think of a riveting tale about hunting Hokkaido Class cruisers...

Looks perfect and 50 Bofors is perhaps among the most potent anti-Kamikaze AA fit you could possibly get.

Myself, I might sacrifice four twin 40mm and fit 2-3 Mk VI secondary DP directors with Flyplane and Tallboy barrage computers. Right now the dakka is there but the fire-control is probably not up to the task.

The big one with the twin dishes at the front and the cockpit windows (looks like a garden shed). Listed as 'Mk VI' on the RN radar sheet. As used on the Daring and Town Class refits after the war if that helps further.

Ah, right, that actually was developed at the very tail end of the war, right?

Would using two Mk VI negate the need for HACS completely, or would that still be required? British fire controls of the war period are a dark secret to me

Yes it would. I think two would suffice, maybe a third aft but I can't see room for one aft. Four would be too heavy.
