It looks good. I can't see the problems with the letters. They look quite fair ;)

No problem at all, I'm glad you managed to use mine as a template, it looks brilliant!

Good job with the maple leaves too. The only issue I see is that the outer edge of gold is not of an equal thickness all the way around, you've made it thicker at the base, just below 'Air Force'.

Excellent badges, Paul. I look forward to seeing more RCAF badges, and maybe some RAAF and RNZAF badges too?
