A nice effort, but a tug from the early 1900's would need a much higher funnel, will have a higher bow and the structure would be much forward.
Smaller fenders would be more logical and the tug would have deeper draught aft, and less freeboard. More vents are necessary for engine and boiler room. There will be no fenders aft, as tug were just that, they towed their charges and rarely pushed with the stern, if at all.
