A bomber which has its origins in the Lockheed Constellation project. Daihan Aircraft Industries, hoping to obtain entry into the world airliner industry, had bought major shares in Lockheed after the bankruptcy of Detroit Aircraft, and was a major supporter of Lockheed Model 44 Excalibur project (despite the Sino-Korean* War). However, when TWA called for an "airliner of the future" in 1939, the project expanded into Constellation. Although developments in Europe and the Pacific would ultimately terminate Korean* participation, the various technological transfers and training that happened allowed DAI to continue on independently. The result was the Pok-3 Seongryong.
