The I.Ae. 30 Ñancú was a fighter and escort conceived in the Military Aircraft Factory (FMA ) in Argentina.
On July 9, 1948 the first prototype left the factory to begin taxiing tests and July 18 of that same year, made its first flight Ñancú.
On the flight from Cordoba to Buenos Aires, the Ñancú reached a horizontal speed of 780 km / h , setting a new speed record for piston aircraft of the South American country that has not been surpassed so far.
