This is how the ship may look like in PN service. Since this is an ongoing project, details on the design may change.

MANILA, Philippines -- South Korea will decommission one of its Pohang-class corvettes by yearend for donation to the Philippine Navy by yearend, the Department of Foreign Affairs said.

The assurance was made to Defense Secretary Voltaire Gazmin by his South Korean counterpart, Minister Kim Kwang-jin, during a meeting on May 30, the Philippine embassy in Seoul reported.

Due to our (Philippines) financial state, SSM's may be added later. Since the new frigates from the bidding are mandated to have SSM's, I think the Pohang will have SSM's when the two new frigates arrive.

Generally it is not yet confirmed what type of Pohang class (ASuw or ASW version) will be given, but what i've red on recent news is that our Navy is going to retain the armaments..
