While I am pondering on the story line... I post this one. sorry for bad text, PM me if you feel you can create the story on the class better.

with old battleships, and Heavy cruiser the Navy had to start to think about what next and how the Navy of the future would look like. There was an favor over guns than missile at the time. The Admiralty didn't feel that missiles had yet proven them self. After many discussion in the Admiralty the was decided for a program of 6 Heavy cruiser classes, 4 destroyer classes, 2 frigate classes, 1 corvette class and 2 type of aircraft carrier class and several various support ships and coast guard ships. The construction plan was called the "30 year plan". The admiralty said: "we have to replace an aging fleet, if we shall be able to operate and secure our water but also international waters but also be able to help out other." to control it all there was placed down five committee to control all project teams.

Admiral Kruz class (1953-1956) "The Forever unlucky class"
HMS Admiral Kruz - HMS Vice duke Edward III - HMS Fleet Admiral Heransdotr.

The Admiral Kruz class was designed as an artillery and AAW ship. It was to combine High speed capability with an combination of large, medium and small AAW guns. The triple 155 mm main guns was capable to do long range AAW and had a firing range of 40 km as artillery gun later upgraded to do be capable to fire up to 50 km. When launched she didn't received any of it's 20 mm guns, just a couple 12.7 mm guns that was stored on the ship. She was also equipped with some US equipment, but over all she was an pure Haram build ship.

Sea trail
during trail there was discovered construction error on the forward High pressure turbines, causing in server damaging the turbine it self. After repair on the turbine and new safety improvement on the engine was installed, she went out for her sea trail. during the sea trail she was light loaded. She managed to get up in 38 knots, engineer decided it was best that the ship didn't surpass 34 knots due to strain on machinery. half a year later she was out for here first gun trail, and it is told that when all 4 main guns fired all it's 12 guns the ship shacked by the pressure from those main guns, but over all she did as expected from here. The main gun problem was fixed before her final trail and certification, they solved the problem with adding bigger cylinders to the gun for improving the damping, this caused that these gun's had it gun housing redesigned a little.

The US Accident

in 1975 HMS Admiral Kruz was along side an cruise ship in International water's, when it's censors kicked off. There was something targeting her and the cruise ship. After a couple of seconds HMS Admiral Kruz main radar detected what was two missile heading right for them, at that moment the US destroyer was tracking and targeting that missile, but what the US destroyed didn't know was it was also targeting HMS Admiral Kruz, this was relived for both Navy several years later during and conference. official no one know where that missile come from.

HMS Admiral Kruze opened fire with it's 56 mm guns, and at the same time placed it self between the missile and the cruise ship. Here 56 mm guns was firing intense, creating an barrage fire in front of here, she managed to shot down one of the missiles, but the second one hit here in the bow and server damaged it. But by then and without ability to contact admiralty and didn't manage to contact the US destroyer and having an cruise ship behind HMS Admiral Kruze, Commander Johannes decided that he had to attack to protect the cruise ship, within a couple of seconds HMS Admiral Kruz main guns opened fire, and totaled the US destroyer in a single salvo. HMS Admiral Kruze picked up only 4 persons from the US destroyer. an incident to almost started and war between two big naval power, but was stopped thanks to diplomacy, Commander Johannes retired from the Navy a year later.

Several years later when during investigation it was found out how fired the missile and how it all could end like it did't, Haram Navy enlisted the crew of the US destroyer in to the Haram navy, and put them on the Veteran list and lost in action list, this gave the closed family to those crew members that died during the battle a economical, medical support and with the there doctors can get there holiday's refunded by Haram. The Admiralty said: "We had to do something, for those that lost someone close to them, due to an mistake that happened by us. What we can give them are ultimately just like trying to find the famous needle in the haystack. We hope in the future we can work with US Navy, but there are still some hate against us. We have to live with it for century to come, as the Navy that destroyed a naval ship and it's 330 crew-members."

After the incident with the US Navy HMS Admiral Kruze anchored up for one year, before it was decided that all ships in the Admiral Kruz class was to be upgraded, They all received a new bow, to make the "not so wet, in heavy sea", they received also a new radar from US, as an show of that they are trusting each other, she received also several new censors, intended to hinder a similar accident to happens again. They also received US made Sea Sparrow. The deal between these two Navy was hard to do, due to the hate in US for the Haram Navy, but US Navy did an under table deal with Haram to show Haram that they doesn't bear anything against them, it was after all an accident that shouldn't have happen.

The Last time these ships was in any action was during the Gulf war, Haram had put the entire class under US command. all tree ships performed there artillery mission according to plan. After the Gulf war they was all struck from the Navy list and sold for scrap. specially for HMS Admiral Kruz where it's forward turbine had blown up, luckily USS Iowa was invited to Haram's Navy day and thus could tow HMS Admiral Kruz back home, (you can bet that the crew of USS Iowa was having fun...).

During here demolition of HMS Admiral Kruz at an shipyard, she capsized and killed and server injured several workers. The forever unlucky ship. And to this day no Naval ship is using the same anchoring place as HMS Admiral Kruz did, there are rumors of that the area is hunted!

How do you load the SeaSparrow launcher? Also, only one director for each launcher?

the influence of the dutch cruisers is clearly noticable. however, I have a few comments.
- you seem to lack a proper heigtfinder
- you have tons of 56mm guns, but no 40mm?
- I have doubts about those torpedo tubes on a postwar heavy ship. similarly, I have doubts about those depth charges on the stern.
- I am not certain if she could get to 38 knots.
- as completed, your ship has no radars on the directors, but she has radars on the 56mm guns and search radars? the vessel looks as if it is finished postwar, so I find this dubious.
- I think the foremast has next to no longtitudinal strength due to the tripod not spreading but crossing each other at the bottom.

I was about to comment on how it looks like De Zeven Provincien/De Ruyter on steroids.
Technical issues aside, an impressive looking ship.
