South Korean navy has operated 24 of these (PCC Pohang Class) ships.
some of these PCC class have been upgraded.
The 'Cheonan' was one of the upgraded ships.
I have a question. Could newbies like me have a (qualification? right?) to modify existing drawings?

but, when you modify this drawing, I expect you to use the newest parts for the OTO 76 and dardo's, as these have been updated just after this ship was drawn
