Come to remember that Sea PROTECTOR can be fitted with a 40mm grenade launcher, but I do not know how it looks ...

one little thing... are you sure about the size of your Sea PROTECTOR? that image you posted said 'lightweight system', while yours is the size of..... let's see..... the average 40 mm gun.

Just noticed the twin 37mm experimental mounting on the CIWS and small guns.
It was a French experimental mounting which was not produced. It was fitted experimentally on the Patrol sloop Amiens in 1942, and seems to be the only ship to have this mounting.

Re the Bofors single 40mm, if this is the old one it isn't all that accurate; and for RN and Commonwealth navies I've been using the current one off Hood's RN weapons sheet.

see, it was build and completed. Similar to the Soviet own 4/37mm mount that was intended for pr.23 and pr.69 classes but eventually a prototype was made and fitted on Oktobarskaya Revolutsia.

also why Bofors 120mm twin on

small
guns.

Also it seems like no one has yet managed to produce a 40mm breda-dardo mount that would actually look like the real thing. So if someone would be kind enough to provide me a good detailed scetch I could correct it myself.

Otherwise good work.
(what is missing are the Japanese and Italian 20mm and 25mm, USN 1.1 Inch atleast...)
We could try to do this on WWII -era and post war sheet seperatly...

also: here are the other guns. I have no time to put them on the sheet, sorry, and I haven't even have them all sorted out..... but this should be all as far as I know.

EDIT: for the dardo: I have drawn those 40 mm's by using the last 2 images on this page.
