Nice work with the top view, something does not look right at the engines nacelles. Look if you can find pictures of top view from the Il-62, or copy the thrust reverser of RR Conway.

VeneAvia VA-1000-20
The Series 20 was designed for high capacity and long range. It had redesigned wingtips, aerodynamic refinements and more powerful engines. The variant first flew on September 14, 1963 and was certified on February 26, 1964 at a maximum weight of 163,550 kg. Deliveries began in October 1964 and it entered service with Viasa in December 1964. It typically carried 180–220 passengers in mixed-class configuration, or 259 in high-density configuration. A cargo door equipped VA-1000-20F was also available.
