A variant of Pr.11451 with Uran missiles could fit in an AU Cyprus, as also a version for Marine Police. Other countries which used Soviet/Russian equipment could have bought this platform.

I would like to see the the Svetlyak-class patrol boat here.

As requested by Odysseus1980 in the thread about unbuilt hydrofoil projects.

Border Guard Ships (PSKR in Soviet classification) Pr.133 Antares (NATO: Muravey) are patrol hydrofoils built in the 1970s and 1980s (laid down between 1976 and 1989, completed between 1979 and 1993) for the Soviet Coast Guard (or, more formally Border Troops of the Committee for State Security, commonly known under it's acronym KGB). 12 units were built (according to Russian Ships), one of which was completed in Ukraine already after the fall of Soviet Union.
