YouTube itself supplied me with the answer.

It is "Romania" by Antonio Paolo Pizzimenti. There is even a link to iTunes.

A lot of the time is you look in the description YouTube will say what music is playing in the video, it it is not entered by the one who posted the vid.

I searched, but no information appeared-perhaps because I still use Windows XP. Anyway, thank you a lot.

I think that is with your browser, not your OS. Most website display problems like that are browser-related.
