These was old weak hulls before they even entered service, so she could well snap. Interesting drawing and concept though. I would like to see the drawing finished, or even better do the top view of the as built ships as well. 8-)

That... isn't quite the case.

It's in the main site archive and badly dated, but there was a real-life proposal about making Tiger and Blake harrier carriers. It didn't go anywhere for a multitude of reasons, but it was looked at... much less of an edifice than this thing is, however.

They would have been better of keeping Vanguard and turning it into a Harrier carrier

along the same lines as proposed for the Iowas:

a wee something I was working on for my AU and a means of sustaining New Cromer's Ship building industry here is the first export offering from New Cromer. Based on a Bae Corvette design offered to Malaysia in the late 90's early 2000's. New Cromer aqquired the license to built it's own and has 10 entering commission with it's own navy but here is the ship as offered with options for customers to choose there preferred electronics and weapon packages.... there are two hull options a standard vessel and a version with enhanced low observable features....

I may have to look at appropriating these as they're ideal for my requirements when compared to the actually extant vessels. :)
