To help my self not to forget working with these destroyers I'm uploading this WIP of HMS Spitfire. It was Peppe who originally provided me with the neccessary quality material getting me started. When I've completed Spitfire HMS Achates and HMS Shark are on their way. All three were participants in the Battle of Jutland. Enjoy this as the teaser it is too :D

Kim, I hope you do the correct flag shroud for the Spitfire as of Jutland! I know one destroyer (at least - probably were quite a few more!) hoisted oversized battle flags, and Beatty's destroyers attempted to emulate their charismatic chief in the display and number of battle flags hoised (see Jabba's Lion or Princess Royal for examples or my reworks of the Queens as of Jutland!)
Otherwise it's a marvelous piece of drawing!

Great, that now also british early destroyers are drawn. A-, B-, C-, D- and E-Class would be nice, but a most likely a huge challenge, since they had so many sub-designs.

Fantastic!

Reminds me to go ahead with some German WW1-era destroyers (the 1913 type and its umphteen subclasses will be first). Looking forward to more British destroyers too!

Greetings
GD
